It's easy! Just create an account first and be sure you're logged into your account when making any purchases.
That's easy too! You can check your rewards whenever you're logged in to our website. A brown "Check Rewards" tab appears on the right side of your screen when browsing our site. Click the Check Rewards tab and see your point value and what rewards you can redeem. Redeem rewards during the checkout process whenever you like. To top it off, you'll receive an email whenever you've hit another reward level. If shopping in our retail store, simply ask at checkout.
Rewards points expire 2 years after they are earned. They are not transferable. If any items are returned, the reward points will be reduced by that amount. This program applies to both our online customers and local customer as our brick & mortar stores in Ithaca, NY. Gift certificate purchases, shipping fees, diaper service, diaper rental fees, classes, and other service fees don’t count towards points. We reserve the right to change this program at any time.
For online customers, this program started with our new website, which launched in November 2018. Any orders (for qualifying items) placed on our new site qualify! For our local customers, we just launched this new points program in March of 2021. Previously earned rewards (local customers, by our in store loyalty card or Mama Goose stamp card) can be redeemed until Mar. 5, 2022.
